Positions @ MergerTech:
MergerTech is planning significant expansion of our team in the second half of 2010, but we do not have immediate openings. When we are ready to fill open positions, here are the areas we will be seeking new associates:
Managing Director
Our Managing Directors are seasoned veterans of the technology sectors that they represent in transactions. We look for candidates that have run companies as operators before moving into advisory services. The Managing Director is the leader of the transaction team, responsible for developing the custom engagement work plan and keeping the entire process, including the potential investors, on track. Domain expertise and established relationships within the investor community are required.
Analyst
Financial and business analysts at MergerTech work closely with the Managing Directors on the advisory services engagements. The ideal candidate has experience with mergers and acquisitions and a working knowledge of business models in the technology sector. We value flexibility, a passion for gaining new skills and domain expertise, and a desire to work in an entrepreneurial, team oriented firm.
Internships
MergerTech offers internships on a rotating basis to business students that want to gain insight into the operations of a mergers and acquisitions advisory services firm. We look for highly motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills and professional presence to assist in our ongoing business development and client engagement projects.
